1. Service Description

DBADocs is an AI-powered legal document generation tool provided by Oshylabs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16883720). The platform generates legal document templates including LLC Operating Agreements, Contractor Agreements, Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, and DBA Checklists using artificial intelligence. All documents generated by DBADocs are templates only and are provided for informational purposes.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important Notice

DBADocs provides AI-generated legal document templates for informational purposes only. These documents do not constitute legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Oshylabs Ltd. DBADocs is not a law firm and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Laws vary by state and change frequently. We recommend that you consult a qualified attorney before relying on any document generated by this service for legal, business, or tax purposes. Oshylabs Ltd disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based on documents generated by DBADocs.

3. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal

DBADocs offers the following paid plans:

  • Monthly Subscription — $29/month: Billed automatically each month. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may generate up to 15 documents per month.
  • Annual Subscription (if available): Billed automatically each year. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period. You may generate up to 20 documents per month.
  • One-Time Document Pack — $49: A single, non-recurring payment. Includes 10 lifetime document generations. No automatic renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (Settings → Manage Subscription) or by emailing support@oshylabs.eu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription: No partial-month refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@oshylabs.eu within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

One-Time Document Pack: All sales are final once documents have been generated. If purchased but no documents have been generated, a full refund is available within 14 days by emailing support@oshylabs.eu. If a generated document contains material errors attributable to the DBADocs platform (not user input errors), contact us and we will re-generate at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Document Generation Caps

  • One-Time Document Pack: 10 lifetime document generations
  • Monthly Plan: 15 document generations per month
  • Annual Plan: 20 document generations per month

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of all information you provide to DBADocs for document generation
  • Ensuring that any generated document is appropriate for your specific legal situation and jurisdiction
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your state and jurisdiction
  • Seeking independent legal advice before executing or relying on any generated document
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oshylabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of DBADocs or any documents generated by the service.

In no event shall Oshylabs Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of DBADocs exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Oshylabs Ltd during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DBADocs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Oshylabs Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice within the service. Your continued use of DBADocs after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the service and cancel your subscription.
