Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription ($29/month)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (Settings → Manage Subscription) or by emailing support@oshylabs.eu.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to DBADocs until then.
  • No partial-month refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@oshylabs.eu within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

One-Time Document Pack ($49)

  • All sales are final once documents have been generated.
  • If you purchased the Document Pack but have not yet generated any documents, a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@oshylabs.eu.
  • If a generated document contains material errors attributable to the DBADocs platform (not errors in the information you provided), contact us and we will re-generate the document at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • All refund requests should be sent to support@oshylabs.eu.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
